Our journey began back in 2018, when we decided to trade the bustling streets of London for the peaceful countryside of Wiltshire. It was a bold move, driven by our desire to give our children a better life, more space to grow, and a closer connection to nature.

 

With years of experience in the cleaning industry, we knew this was something we were passionate about. So, after settling in Wiltshire, we took a leap of faith and started our own family-run cleaning business. At first, it was just us—a small team fuelled by determination and a desire to create something meaningful.

 

As word spread about the quality of our work and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we found ourselves busier than ever. The community trusted us not just for our thorough cleaning services, but for the personal touch we brought to every job. It wasn’t just about cleaning homes; it was about building relationships with the people we served.

 

In 2022, to meet the growing demand, we decided to expand and rebrand as Ideal Cleaning Solutions. Our business was growing, and so was our team. But even as we brought on more staff, our core values remained the same. We are a family-run business at heart, and we treat our clients like an extension of that family. Each of our staff members is DBS-checked and undergoes continual training to ensure they are equipped with the best skills and knowledge. Most importantly, they share our commitment to excellence and personal care.

 

We’ve also made a commitment to the environment by using only eco-friendly cleaning products. It’s important to us that while we’re making homes and workplaces spotless, we’re also doing our part to keep the planet clean and healthy for future generations.
